WNGG

Recapping the WNGG Aug 2nd 2023 ride; the gravel group turnout was spectacular with 24 riders for the start photo. Since I am well know for my photography skills, Bill entrusted me with the honor of capturing a stunning group photo, and I gladly embraced the opportunity, freezing the cherished moment for all of us to cherish forever. Despite not usually taking an early start photo, the group was eager and ready to ride. Apologies to Jim for missing the photo, we'll ensure to wait until exactly 6:30 pm next time. Bill led Group A on a smooth 26-mile ride through Holly State Recreation, with no reported issues. Scott led Group B on a scenic 17-mile route that ended at John's house, where snacks, drinks, and even beer were provided. Of course, John's ride ended abruptly, but the intrepid rest of the group triumphantly rode back to the start. Many thanks to John and Patricia for hosting the gathering! We're delighted to welcome Harry, a new rider who thoroughly enjoyed the snack and beer stops. I hope Harry will still continue to ride with us, even though those halfway stops are not the usual plan. During the ride, I noticed several Group A riders inexplicably opting to switch and join Group B for no apparent reason. It was an awesome ride that offered a relaxing rest stop, creating fond memories for everyone involved.

Rhinos would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this ride an incredibly successful trip and an unforgettable adventure for all to enjoy.

Warm regards, Webmaster: Mark

At Rhinos Gallery, I captured breathtaking shots of the exhilarating Group B ride - be prepared to be amazed. Fingers crossed for snapshots from the A group, which I'll promptly share once received.

Apologies for the delay, but better late than never! Here's my long-awaited Facebook post.
