WNGG
Recapping the WNGG Aug 30th 2023; In the start photo, we had 17 Rhinos. Steve graciously took the start photo on time. There were some other riders, including myself and Dean, who arrived late and couldn't be in the picture. Just a reminder, if you want to be in the group start photo, show up early and be ready. Group A, led by Ken, on a 26-mile planned GPS route. Ken mentioned that late August brings cooler weather and shorter evening ride times. It also means the WNGG riders are in excellent condition. I selected a 26-mile route and knew we would be racing against the setting sun. The sun ended up winning by a few minutes, but we finished safely with the help of our lights and the clear sky. It was an enjoyable ride, and we were thrilled to welcome Caleb to the group. Group B, led by Scott, guided us on a route along the sidewalks and pavement to the Park and back for a loop. Everyone had a fantastic time.
Rhinos would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this ride an incredibly successful trip and an unforgettable adventure for all to enjoy.
Warm regards, Webmaster: Mark
