Joining a Ride as a Non-Member Guest: Guidelines and Waiver
At Flying Rhino, we are excited to welcome first-time non-member guests to join us for a one-time complimentary ride. Below, you will find an outline of the process and steps to follow in order to participate:
1. Speak with the Ride Leader: Before the start time of the ride event, please see our designated Ride Leader. They will provide you with the necessary information and guide you through the process.
2. Sign the Waiver: As a non-member guest, we require you to sign a waiver form. This is a standard safety procedure and ensures that all participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cycling. For your convenience, we have provided the option to read, print, sign, and bring the waiver form to your first ride. You can find the waiver form by clicking on the "WAIVER FORM" button below.
3. Submission and Approval of Waiver: All signed waivers, whether signed at the event or pre-signed, must be submitted to and approved by the Ride Leader before the ride event's start time. This step is crucial to ensure that all participants are accounted for and comply with our safety protocols.
4. Ink Pen Signatures: Please note that we only accept ink pen signatures on the waiver form. Electronic signatures will not be considered valid. This policy helps us maintain the authenticity and integrity of the waiver process.
5. Waiver Form Length Options: We offer two versions of the waiver form to accommodate varying numbers of participants. The first version is a single-page document with eight rows for signatures. The second version is a two-page document with a total of 27 rows for signatures. Both versions contain the same contents, but please choose the appropriate form based on the expected number of participants.
6. Reading the Waiver: We encourage you to take the time to read the waiver at your convenience before your first ride with us. Understanding the terms and conditions outlined in the waiver will help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
